Tiffany has been creating unique floor plans and selecting interiors in Colorado and New Mexico for over 10 years. With a degree in Interior Design, she is skilled at assisting clients from the preliminary conceptual stage through the completed implementation of the project.
Her work is a passion and she feels that successful home design is about creating not only a beautiful home on the outside, but designing a warm and welcoming environment on the inside.
With over 250 custom homes designed in the Las Cruces area alone, she brings a creativeness and personal touch to each home that reflects each client’s unique tastes and fits their individual needs.
Ruth is a former nurse and owner/administrator of child care centers also serving as a consultant in the development and design of child care centers in the U.S., London, Japan and Australia.
As a hobby, Ruth frequently toured model homes, paying special attention to color coordination and construction details. Married to an artist, she learned much about design, style, color and texture. As her interests in these areas grew, she decided to enter the field of investing and building custom homes, using her attention to detail and business background to ensure a homebuyer the best possible product using custom design, the highest quality materials, and all staying within a budget.
In the past several years Ruth has built seven custom homes herself and each has sold within a few days of being completed. Now she brings her unique skills to Soleil Design, assisting with project management and construction selections.
